Lakers, with the closure in full swing we urge you to stay in shape. Each sport requires a different approach during this time. Please reach out to your coach for what is expected of you. We don’t want to return and start at ground zero. Football has created a body weight plan through the VOLT app to help maintain. The volt app allows you to create a body weight program to mimic what would be done in the weight room. We do not want you at our facilities during this time. Please abide to the districts policy in regards to safety protocol.

Don’t use this time as an excuse not to get better. Great athletes and teams find ways to get better in tough times.
