Laker athletes, with the closure in full swing please make sure you are staying in shape. Each sport requires a different approach to staying in playing shape and build strength depending what season you’re preparing for. Please reach out to your coach about what you need to do, so when we get back you are not starting from ground zero. Football has put together a body weight program through the VOLT app to help maintain during this time. All athletes can go on this app and create a body weight program to mimic what we would do in the weight room. Great athletes and teams find a away to get better. As a school we do not want you around our facilities until it is safe for return. Please abide by the protocols provided through the district.
